Glasgow University to sign Scotland’s Geodiversity Charter

The third lecture meeting of the session, which will include the society's annual general meeting, will take place on Thursday 12th December at 7.30 pm. The meeting will commence with an important event – the signing of Scotland's Geodiversity Charter on behalf of the University of Glasgow by Professor John Briggs, Clerk of Senate & Vice Principal of the university. Professor Briggs will be accompanied by Dr Angus Miller, Chair of the Scottish Geodiversity Forum, and Miss Margaret Donnelly, Vice President of the Geological Society of Glasgow.
