The website’s Bookshop page has reopened, with details of books for sale from the society’s stock. At present, we are unable to open our bookshop at lecture evenings, but are hoping to do so some time soon. The books described on the page can be purchased by contacting the society’s publications officer.
The most recent addition to the society’s stock of books is the new edition of the Gigha and Cara field guide, written by Jim MacDonald. This is an indispensable guide for anyone visiting Gigha and wishing to explore the geology of the island.
